User name and passwords convertion finished

As you may or may not know the 2.3 user name and password database had to be converted from the current state which was actual gibberish into SQL.

Everyone who deleted their character like they were asked to has had there user name and character converted ready for the new 2.6 files. In total there are 1196 account being transfered.

User items and magic will be done next.
