Orb NPC has been updated it now includes Gems and each are seperate

3 orbs = 1 orbs of next level up
3 gems = 1 gem of next level up 3 x (U) = 1 Norm 3 x Norm = 1 (L)
and down grading is 1 orb or gem = 2 orbs or gems of next level down

it now charges you some money to do the exchange you will have to find out on your own as I cba explaining the details lol.

theres still a challenege room ? i checked eh wee house in bw n took it it wasnt in game , so its a npc in serpent town ? wats the challenege room like ? just the same as old 1 ?

u dont really need 200 mils lols...

heres a few tips on how to get these items...

Dice : at oks if u go down theres a NPC inside a shop buy 5 dice's
Bones Large and small: Hunt BL for like 2-5 hours ull get plenty.
Deerblood:Hunt Mysterycave inside Bug cave, kill the Deers that have lots of HP they drop, there are other "real" deers that can be 1 hitted.

Iwt Medal: Hunt IwT for a like 1 day or maybe jst buy 1 last time some1 sold for 50 mils i think.
