    Question Newcomers: How to play the game guide

    Welcome to the world of Mir2! If you're new to the game, check out the instructions below. I bet you have various questions such as these:

    ・ How do I Start?
    ・ How do I move?
    ・ How do I attack?
    ・ How do I Pick-up and Drop Items?
    ・ How do I Equip and Remove Items?
    ・ How do I trade with another player?
    ・ How do I learn Skills?
    ・ How do I use Skills?
    ・ What's Butchering?

    All these are solved below...ENJOY MIR REVENGE HIGH RATE

    How do I Start?
    First, sign up for a free Gamepot ID. It's a universal login that will be used for all of our games, including Mir2. After creating your account, visit the Download section and select the option you want to get the game client. After that, login with your new ID, make a character, and start exploring!

    Movement
    ・Walking
    <Left Click> and hold your mouse in the direction that you want your character to move to.Move the mouse pointer in the direction you wish your character to go to.

    ・Running
    <Right Click> and hold your mouse in the direction that you want your character to run to.Move the mouse pointer in the direction you wish your character to run to.

    ・Auto Run
    Press <D> to turn running mode on or off. Auto run will be turned off once you get hit by an enemy.

    Attacking
    ・Attack a Monster
    Left click on a monster to start attacking.Move the character away from the monster by clicking on an empty space to stop an attack.
    ・Attack a Character
    Click on a character while pressing "Shift" key to attack.

    Equipping Items
    ・Equip an Item.
    Press the "I" key to open the inventory. Double click on an item you wish to equip.Equipped items can be checked by pressing "C" to open the Character Info window.

    ・Removing Equipped Items
    Select an item to unequip with left click. Drag the selected item to the inventory window and left click again to move the item to the inventory.

    Item Pick up and Drop
    ・Item Pick Up
    Stand over the item to pick up, then either left click on the item or press "Tab" key to pick up the item.

    ・Drop an Item
    Open the inventory with "I" key and click on the item you wish to drop.Drag the item outside the inventory window and left click once to drop.


    Trading

    ・Item Trading
    Stand face to face with a character to trade items.Press "T" to open the trading window.Place items in the trading window. Once both parties are done placing the items, press "Deal" to complete trade.

    Skills
    ・Learning Skills
    Each skill has different requirements for jobs and levels.Double click on the skill book in the inventory to learn the skill.Skill books can be found in NPC stores or by hunting monsters.

    ・Skill Shortcuts
    Press 'S' to open the Skill Window. Click on the Skill icon to open the shortcut window.
    Select a key that the skill is to be assigned to, and press OK.
    Press 'R' to open the shortcut list.

    ・Using a Skill
    There are two types of skills - Passive and Active.Most of the Warrior skills are passive and will be applied automatically.Most of the Wizard and Taoist skills are active skills that need to be activated.To use the active skills, place the cursor on the monster you want to attack and press the skill shortcut.(Clicking on the monster you want to attack will automatically move you to the monster to attack.)

    ・Skill Training
    Skill experience will increase as you use the skill successfully.There are 3 skill levels with requirements based on skill level and character level.The skill will get stronger as the skill level increases.

    Butchering
    ・Butchering
    Items could be obtained by "butchering" meat off animals and monsters.Kill the monster first, then <Alt> + <Left Click> until the "butchering" is complete.The item will be placed in the inventory and the monster will disappear upon completion of "harvesting".

    Exclamation System requirements


    OS:Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7 (With Vista & 7 run as administrator)
    CPU:Pentium 4 Intel, AMD 1.0Ghz recommended
    RAM:At least 512MB
    HDD:Up to Between 3GB - 9GB as game is constantly expanding
    DirectX:Version 7.0 however 8.0 is recommended
    NETWORK:2MB or above (5MB recommended)
