Noob Guide Everything you need to know about MirRevenge

First when you log into your account you need to create a character first click the top box that says character name. Input your desired name for your character in this box Then below that there is 3 Boxes On the far left is Warrior. In the middle is Wizard and on the left is Taoist. I will say about the three classes later. Pick your class you wish to be, then below that there is Gender, pick your Gender, Male Or Female. After that click OK then click Connect and your ingame.

Classes

Warrior:-
Your all round attack and defense class. Can run in and fight the enemy destroying it quickly, attacking mainly one foe at a time causing alot of damage.
Can Learn Spells such as
Fencing - Level 7 - Increases your hit chance
Slaying - Level 15 - Causes more damage with this hit
Thrusting - Level 22 - Can hit from a step away and hit through wizards magic shield. Causing alot of damage, ignoring all armour
Halfmoon - Level 26 - Hits 4 Targets around you dealing less damage to the targets nearby but dealing the same damage to the main target.
ShoulderDash - level 30 - Can push a target along, moving it and yourself a distance away.
Entrapment - Level 32 - Can bring a monster to you, paralysing it, cannot work on other players
TwindrakeBlade - Level 32 - Causes alot of damage, ignoring all armour and shield. Also can turn the target Yellow, making you deal 1.2x damage to the target
Flaming Sword - level 35 - Causes huge damage, hurting your foe with a flaming blade.
LionRoar - Level 36 - Can freeze all the enemys near you to the spot with terror, paralysing them for a few seconds. Does not work on players
CrossHalfMoon - Level 38 - A upgraded form of Halfmoon, hits all around you instead of just 4 spaces
ProtectionField - Level 39 - Increases your AC by a amount depending on your AC
Rage - Level 44 - Increases your DC Depending on your DC

Taoist:-
A Major class that is crucial for when hunting in a group, can poison and curse enemys, slowing them and decreasing armour. You can also heal other players and buff up their Armor, Magic Armor, and Damage.
You can learn skills like
Healing - Level 7 - Heals yourself or a friend.
SpiritSword - Level 9 - Is like Warriors fencing, increases accuracy.
Poisoning - Level 14 - Can use Red or Green poison, to decrease the targets armour or damage the opponent (Red = Armour, Green = Damage)
SoulFireBall - Level 18 - Can throw a firey amulet at another player or monster, damaging them, Must equipt a Amulet or Amulet(M)
SummonSkeleton - Level 19 - Your first summon spell, summons a weak skeleton that can attack opponents.
Hiding - Level 20 - Can hide yourself from the foes eyes. Causing them to untarget you.
MassHiding - Level 21 - Can hide yourself and friendly targets from the enemy.
SoulShield - Level 22 - You can increase your own and friendly targets, AMC
Revelation - Level 23 - Can bring up a targets health bar.
BlessedArmour - Level 25 - Can increase a targets AC.
TrapHexagon - Level 25 - Can trap foes in a area, freezing them to the spot. Cannot work on players
Energy Repulser - Level 27 - Can push foes away from you with a blast of energy.
Purification - Level 30 - Can purify a friendly target of all poisons. Removing the curse or poison.
Mass Healing - Level 31 - Can heal a group of targets in a square of 2x2
UltimateEnhancer - Level 33 - Can increase a targets DC
SummonShinsu - Level 35 - Can summon a Shinsu that can hit 2 targets at once, is quite strong.
SummonHolyDeva - Level 38 - You can summon a deva, that can Thunderbolt a enemy from a distance.
Curse - Level 40 - Can Slow down a huge group of enemys at once for a mass time.
PoisonCloud - Level 43 - Can poison a group of enemys only works with green poison
AdvancedSoulFireball - Level 53 - Can hit a target for far more damage than the normal Soul Fire Ball

Wizard:-
A Damage dealing class that can eliminate many foes at once with magical force.
You can use:-
Fireball - Level 7 - Can hit one target with a firey blast
Repulsion - Level 12 - Can repulse enemys away from you.
ElectricShock - Level 13 - Can freeze a enemy or tame a beast to be under your control.
GreatFireBall - Level 15 - A upgraded form of fireball can hit a enemy for more force.
Hellfire - Level 16 - Can hit line of enemys with great force.
ThunderBolt - Level 17 - Can hit a single target for alot of damage
Teleport - Level 19 - Can teleport around a province map.
FireBang - Level 22 - Can hit a group of enemys, dealing damage to the group.
Firewall - Level 24 - Can place down a firey wall the will deal damage to enemys that pass through it.
Lightning - Level 26 - A upgraded form of hellfire can hit a longer line of enemys and can deal higher damage.
FrostCrunch - Level 28 - Can hit a enemy with a chance to slow or paralys it.
ThunderStorm - Level 30 - Can hit undead monsters around you dealing great damage to them.
MagicShield - Level 31 - Can put a magic shield up that can protect you from some damage.
TurnUndead - Level 32 - Can instantly kill a Undead unit.
IceStorm - Level 35 - Can hit a group of enemys dealing more damage than FireBang
FlameDisruptor - Level 38 - Can hit a single unit dealing huge damage, a upgraded form of ThunderBolt
MeteorStrike - Level 38 - Can hit a large group of enemys dealing huge amounts of damage. Takes a while to cast
Mirroring - Level 41 - Creates a clone that ThunderBolts the Enemy, and uses MP when hit.
FlameField - Level 42 - Can hit a group of enemys around you dealing alot more damage than thunderstorm but can hit living enemys.
Blizzard - Level 52 - Can hit a group of enemys dealing alot of damage and slowing them down.

Next you have your Keys.

1-6 = Belt assign potions ect to your belt here.
F1-F8 = Spells and skills, Assign the skills you learn from the book man.
F9 = Inventory, where you have all your items ect. You have a Candle and a basedress(M)or(F) in there to start with and also a Wooden sword
F10 = Character info, everything your wearing.
F11 = Spells, all of your spells are listed here.
F12 or O = Brings up the options menu so you can modify some settings
C = Also opens character info
F = Change Font
G = Guild menu, you can access this once your in a guild.
T = Trade, face the other player and click this for trading items.
R = Brings up your skill bar along the top left.
H = Change attack mode
L = Lover Menu so you can marry another player.
P = Party Menu You can add / delete other players from your party here
Alt + Q = Log Out
Alt + X = Exit Game
V = Mini Map
B = Big Map
N = Display item names
M = Messages
W = Friends List
Page Up = Scroll up Chat
Page down = Scroll down Chat
Pause Break = Screenshot it is saved in your folder

@gamepoints - Brings up Gamepoints Menu

@grouprecall - Recall your group, Needs recall set
@date - Tells you the date and time
@allowguildrecall - Allows your guildleader to recall you to the GuildTerritory
@letguild - Allows you to join a guild
@endguild - Will remove you from the guild, will now be able to leave if you are #1 Rank in guild

GamePoints -
You can obtain these by killing bosses and staying in kings rooms and special rooms
You get 1Gamepoint Per minute.
You can use your game points to buy goods from the npc in the house next to the trust merchant
You can make gamepoint scrolls by typing @gamepoints then clicking the amount and it takes away your gamepoints and creates a scroll that is tradeable

GameGold -
You donate to get these
You can buy items from the npc at the bottom of bichonwall

EvilMir -
To Get to EvilMir you need a EvilMirTeleport, and then you can click the scroll, and then it teleports you to The first room, then you can run through to the next floor. After that you need to run to the Kings room, the whole journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you are at the kings room there are 6 MirStatues 3 on each side. At the top right of the map the EvilMir is, and is very strong. He can drop very nice items such as Mir Items and various Orbs

Gems -
You can use gems to upgrade your items, but they can destroy your items. You can go up to +9 on each stats EG +9DC

Orbs -
You can use Orbs to upgrade your items but do not destroy your items but have a chance to fail.

Hunting Guide

Level 1 to 42

To start with once you have your wooden sword is on, go and kill Hens and Deers ect till your about level 12 Then once your level 12 you can Teleport using the NPC in your start town, go to Mongchon Province(MudWall) Then Talk to Sigal, and go to BugCave you can keep leveling there untill level 40, it is really easy lvling, if your a wizard level there until 42 for flamefield.

Level 42 - 50

After you've gone there you should have a good enought kit to do some hunting in PSC on the 1st Floor. you should level there to at least 48 maybe 50. Dont lure too many because they hurt quite a bit in there.

Level 51 - 60

Once you've got to level 50, you can go to BlackDragonDungeon and do big lures, mainly killing alot of monsters. make sure that you always have alot of pots with you and you have repaired your armour up and carry a torch and townteleport. Also you should of bought a RobeOfEvil(Wizard) PriestRobe(Warrior) HolyRobe(Taoist).

Level 61-70

You should of made friends by now so you should hunt in JinchonTemple or NumaTemple in a group with friends. It is quite hard in there so you should watch out and take sunpots or Ginsengs which Fill your hp right back up!

Terms And Conditions

Mir revenge is a free Legend of Mir server, and any body has who has an internet connection is allowed to play the server as long as they stay within the terms and conditions of the server.

Mir Revenge is funded by people donating. If it wasn’t for people donating to the server then there wouldn’t be a server to play. People who donate to the server do not and will not get special treatment. Each and every person who plays Mir Revenge is treated the same. However, any people abusing the server even though they have donated to it will not be tolerated on any level. If someone is found to be abusing a member who has donated, especially about donating, then the person in question will be banned, their IP address and their forum account will also closed. 1 - EVENTS
Events are made for players enjoyment or for an easy way to level/get kit. All of you have to NOTE: There is a risk involved in some events of losing kit if its pvp, mob event etc. So if you lose it, then don't *** to us or even shout at us (ive had that done before). The events are made by GM's hence the GM's choose the rules, they may choose if PKing is allowed or not, the prizes, when to end the event, keep players straight etc. Also, you HAVE to listen, through past experience when i tell people not to move, they go and rt or run off, if this happens the GM will either stop the event, @ting you or whatever they find suitable, so LISTEN Pls

Abuse
Any reports of abuse are taken very seriously by Mir Revenge. If you feel you have been abused by another player or by a gamemaster you will need to send in as many unedited screenshot in to us as you can. We will investigate each and every account based on the evidence that is provided to us in our “server logs”. Any information that is provided via the forums and/or emails and/or from people not connected to the case in question will not be used in our investigation. Making the game unplayable for others player is unacceptable on Mir Revenge. This includes but is not limited to the following. Purposely making people red by one of the following means. Logging on a low level character and getting in the way of someone’s attack. Teleporting out of a contest room or fight area when you are poisoned so that when you die the character that poisoned you will get PK points. Shoulder dashing a wall when you are on low HP to kill yourself and give someone PK points. Also killing someone and trying to log out to avoid PK points is unacceptable, this includes but is not limited to the following. Poisoning someone then logging out. Attacking someone, taking them down to very little HP, logging out and allowing someone else to (1 hit) kill them. Luring mobs on to someone then logging out. Recalling people who you know are away from keyboard to an area where they may get killed by mobs + pushing people out of safezones so they can be PKed. These sorts of actions are called grief play.

We all get abuse at one point from an angry player, lets face it. And most of you just take it in, which is fine until it gets to racist, sexist and sexuality comments which is just too far :P. All i can really say is take some screenies, report it to an online GM (so they can watch your PM's and see it for themselves). Once uve got the screenies, send them away to admin@mirrevenge.com

GRIEFING
I'm sure most have u have been griefed once or twice before, but many of you still ask the question, What is Griefing? Here is some things that we consider griefing (if i miss any out, pm me and ill add them in )
1) Tao's Curse/Poison outa sz then run back to sz constantly
2) Poison/Cursing/Hitting then running straight to sz constantly
3) DEing, TTing, GTing etc outa a Fight zone
4) Door blocking in caves & town (not really griefing, just bannable)

Hackings
Hacking is also taken seriously by Mir Revenge. Most hacking and hacking related issues are due to bad passwords and account sharing. If you share your account with someone and they steal items from your account, this is not classed as a hacking, and therefore we will be unable to help you in this matter. If your user name and password are the same then this is called being stupid and if your account is hacked we will not be able to help you. If however your account is somehow hacked then we will do our best to find out who hacked your account, and if possible get back any items that you lost. We will never replace your items or gold, we will only try and recover your items. If you report your account being hacked and we discover that your account wasn’t hacked or you were sharing your account, then you will be banned for wasting our time.

Bugs
If you find a bug on the server, it is your duty to make sure that is has been reported on the forums. Please make sure that your check the forums before posting. If you have discovered a bug that gives you’re an advantage in the game and fail to report the bug, your account may get banned and items and gold maybe removed from your account. This is called bug exploiting.

Update on PA Bug
Ok the update is as follows pa bug is still about (if you dont know wat it is search the forum for info or ask ingame) & it will be ingame for the forseable Future so we are left with 2 things we can do about it.

1st Remove all PA & Greenposion from the game till its fixed (if ever) or
2nd Freely allow all and everyone to use it in any shape or way

Lapta has chose to allow it & for now base game around the bug (if that makes sense) so pls no more posts pa bug bla bla bla

God Has Spoken ty

When connecting to Mir Revenge server, you must be using the latest EXE. If you are found to be using an old EXE then you will be asked to download the latest EXE and kicked from the server regardless of what you are doing at the time. If you are found to be cheating on the server you will be kicked first, then questions will be asked later. If you’re found to be cheating we will do our best to locate any other accounts that you may have, and ban these accounts to. Mir Revenge doesn’t want cheaters on its servers. We will also ban your IP from our servers and our forums.

Note for Guild Leaders

Any of the following in guild titles

{}@~?:><|!"?$%^&*()_+?[]#';/.,\` or a space

will be deleted.

Any one found to be having a title with the above in them, will get a warning. If the guild leader does not change the title then the following action will be taken.

Guild deleted.
3 day ban for all 3 guild leaders
Black listed from being a guild leader for 3 months.

The guild titles cause a lot of database problems which in turn causes lag on the server.

Mir Revenge is hosted on a dedicated server in a server complex somewhere in the USA. This is great for a lag free server, but from an admin point of view it isn’t that good. As the server and the internet connection to the server are owned and operated by a company that hosts many other servers, this means that the server might lose connection for a few minutes or even hours a week. If this happens then Mir Revenge can not replace or refund any items or gold lost. 99% of the time if the connection to the server is lost, you will be lagged out of the server straight away and therefore will not lose anything. If Mir Revenge staff cause the server to lag out we will replace any items or gold lost, as long as we are able to trace the item or gold. Mir Revenge is not able to replace any pets lost due to lag outs.

Mir Revenge reserves the rights to make changes to the server and forum as it feels fit.

If you have shared your account with other people (we log all IP addresses) then please don't email us screaming your account has been hacked and demanding we return your items. Because we won't be doing it - you have been warned!

If you have died and lost an item - We can't return it.
If your account is banned we will email you the reason.
We will only email you on the email address you provided when u created your account. (Make sure you enter an email address)

If you are sending screen shots please do not change the file format or edit them in any way as this will stop us being able to verify them correctly.

If your are reporting cheats or abuse please provide more then 1 screen shot or use fraps (screen recording software)

Staff at Mir Revenge do not get paid to help so please do not give any kind of abuse towards any staff members, Staff spend alot of there personal time trying to keep you guys playing and helping other users out. Any signs of abuse no matter how small will result in action being taken there and then, continually signs of abuse will result in an account ban.

Server Trading
If you are reporting someone selling an account or trading an account only 1 screen shot is needed. Its not allowed, so don't do it.
All it does it cause unnecessary problems, refracting Jamie from doing necessary server duties. Those who choose to ignore the numerous warnings and are indeed caught doing so, will be banned.
One of the main issues jamie has is account hackings... and 9/10 they are either to do with Stupid password (e.g. Password, Fish, Bob.. etc) or account sharing. If your password is stupid i advise u change it now otherwise i can guarentee u won't be helped with your "hacked account". As you should all now see aswell is that Account trading is illegal and will cause your account to be banned.

Forum thread title's
if any thread is created that has a title of "Ven, lapta needed asap" it will be deleted asap as GM's and admins to these forums and game have expressed that they will not be reading threads with titles such as these as it is just rude and gives no idea as to what the thread is about.

Please don't use any Rude avatars or ones that could be viewd as abusive towards other forum members so pls keep it clean any one found to be useing one will be banned from the forums if while choosing a avatar from the forums list

Server Logs
You may hear the server logs being referenced from time to time.

The server logs refers to a program that notes every single thing that goes on in the server, wether its a trade between myself and Lapta or someone being killed, it logs every command and every information transfer. so if you are ever in doubt, make sure you get screenies, if you cant get screenies make a note of the time!
its difficult to work through thousands of line of text that read

its kind of like that so it gets frustrating to find info unless you have the time.

so if you think that you might try and get away with something and it wont be found out, think again, it can always be back tracked even if no one else was on the screen or saw it happen.

Grief Play

Griefing is bad, to grief you need to Create a low level character and purposely make people red with this character by making them hit you and kill you.

Abuse

You have no right to abuse people over Global Shout or via PrivateMessages(PM), calling them names and taking the mik out of theyre religions. They believe in what they believe in and so do you. Would you like it if someone did it to you? If they do do it to you, Then Press PauseBreak and take a screenshot it and then send it via Email to admin@mirrevenge.com

Door Blocking

You are not allowed to Block a door so others cannot get in to the room, using a Clone, A Low Level Player, Or Yourself. It is against the rules and you will be banned for it.

GM's

The GM's on the server make the game not being paid, you should respect them and not abuse them in any way.

Usefull Notes

EvilProvince

Teleport to Serpent Valley then go to the top Of the map and walk through the left side of the Mongchon Entrance, Press B to find out where it is exactly.

The Top left of EvilProvince is the Town. You can special repair all your items there.

LostProvince

The Same as EvilProvince but go from Mongchon To Serpent Valley Gate, You will need some RT's then use your RT to teleport to the middle of the map, then you go through the gate. and your in lost province.

Im not sure which way round this is , but I think that the bottom left of the map is JinchonTemple, and the far right of the map is the NumaCave.
