This noob needs help.

As title says.

Having a problem with my PC. When i turn it on its all fine, all fans spinning etc etc. When it goes to load up desktop, theres a really loud kind of humming noise and it shuts my whole compiter off. I havent got a clue what it could be.

When i took the case off my PC, my CPU Fan ha somehow unclipped, cant find where that clips back on. But i dont think thats whats makin the computer turn off/ make noises.

Any help would be nice, been tryna find the problem for a couple of days but i gave up and i dont trust paying people to fix it as they tell porkies. Annoying that the warranty is a month out of date

This your Allen ware one? But put your fan back on. No error msg when it reboot? Boot in saFe mode.

I'll try that now. Getting another problem now think its my RAM, when i turn the PC on, it starts beeping and theres no picture on my monitor..
