None of those machines strike me as amazing. PM me what you will be using your PC for and I can probably beat those machines in both power and price.
If you're not fussed how much space you have, get an internal Solid State drive and use an external for storeage. Put it through an eSATA port and you're talking speedy if only slightly inconvieniant. A 32gig SSD is quite cheap now. You could get an external 7200rpm drive fairly cheap too for storeage.
In the duel core range, I'd always use AMD over Intel, you're never going to get the performance of the i5/6/7 range so why pay out the extra cash for an intel chip in the middle of the road systems?
For graphics the G-Force 'go' series is the best, in my experience.

If I was going to get a laptop, I'd look for something like this:
Processor : AMD Phenom AM3 core.
    Hard Disk : 32 or 64 gig SSD + external seagate 500gig 7200rpm drive
    Graphic card : nVidia GeForce GT230M/G240 512MB
    Memory : 3GB 1066MHz DDR3
    Optical Drives : DVD RW
    Display : Whatever.
    Other : W-Lan + Ethernet + eSATA
OS : Windows Seven 64 Bit Ultimate Edition.

Edit: I just looked at the wholesale prices for SSD's and it's alot more than I expected. But definitly worth it for performance over a crappy 5200rpm drive. Would be about £200 for the 64gig drive alone.
Depends if it's for games or not really. If it's for mir, take the second option on your list.

I said I'd always go for AMD in the DUEL core range. When it comes to the top end chips, (E.g, the Intel i7 Extreme vs AMD Athlon II X4 Black) Intel is expensive but superior. I'm currently running the fastest generally commercial chip on earth, not overclocked though. (yet ).
I've seen people take the i7 920 to 4Ghz but that's got to kill the life span of the chip.

First thing you should do when you get a laptop is format it and install a clean Windows disk. They always come with a customised virsion with loads of crap you don't need. It'll make it run alot faster and it's dead easy to do.

Fairly good. Did you overclock your CPU yourself?
You didn't give enough details about the RAM to really judge it, if you know your RAM timings and voltage I could give you a hand to get it a bit faster.
The hard disks are letting you down big time and it's probably what is reducing your Win7 rating. If you can, get a 10,000 RPM RAID setup, would be relatively cheap and improve performance considerably.
The graphics card is pretty bread and butter, I'd not bother upgrading for another few months though. Soon the nVidia 480 will be out, it's going to make your card look like a VooDoo 2.

The main problem I see with your PC is that you're running 32-bit Windows 7.
This means that although it says you are using 6GB of RAM and have 1GB on your graphics card, in reality your PC is only using a TOTAL of 3GB. This means you're probably on about 2GB of RAM and 1GB of graphics RAM.
Upgrade to 64 bit or you're wasting alot of money.
Oh and 1080p is 1920x1080. Your res' is 720p I think.

In practice, once you get 64bit windows. You've got a very good PC for the price you'd have paid.
