You didn't give enough details about the RAM to really judge it, if you know your RAM timings and voltage I could give you a hand to get it a bit faster.
The hard disks are letting you down big time and it's probably what is reducing your Win7 rating. If you can, get a 10,000 RPM RAID setup, would be relatively cheap and improve performance considerably.
The graphics card is pretty bread and butter, I'd not bother upgrading for another few months though. Soon the nVidia 480 will be out, it's going to make your card look like a VooDoo 2.

The main problem I see with your PC is that you're running 32-bit Windows 7.
This means that although it says you are using 6GB of RAM and have 1GB on your graphics card, in reality your PC is only using a TOTAL of 3GB. This means you're probably on about 2GB of RAM and 1GB of graphics RAM.
Upgrade to 64 bit or you're wasting alot of money.
Oh and 1080p is 1920x1080. Your res' is 720p I think.

In practice, once you get 64bit windows. You've got a very good PC for the price you'd have paid.
ahh nice one, i just looked at the windows preferences (Windows key + Pause Break) and it says 6gb ram (3GB useable) and i don't know how to overclock it, ive heard about it and i know you have to use the BIOS or something like that, but with overclocking i'm always worried about breaking something so never tried.

i think i might upgrade to 64, ive heard it's alot better than 32 anyway. can i do this with the same disk, or would i have to buy the 64bit windows disk seperately.

don't know how to increase my hard drives to 10,000rpm neither set up a raid setup lol so incase it's pretty simple ill be stuck with what i have at the moment.

    Thanks

If you have the retail virsion of Win7 it should have an option when you format your hard drive and reinstall. To install either the x86 or x64 packages you want to select the x64 one. If it doesn't you'll have to "buy" the x64 one. Could always try Torrents Search Engine but be careful what you download.
When it says "Useable 3GB" it means you're only using 2Gigs of RAM (a third of it) and your GPU RAM (If it's distributed logically, if not it could be as little as 512mb on the GPU).
You'll have to wipe your primary HDD to reinstall the OS. See the other topic on this section on how to do that or PM me.
If you want to upgrade from 7200RPM to 10,000RPM drives you'd have to buy a Raptor drive from a shop and swap them over. Buy two and you can RAID them up, it's pretty easy and would be much faster for load times on games.
