Format your PC.
Reinstall windows.

It should come with an .msi installer if it really is "ultimate" edition, as I had no problem with it.

Otherwise the best solution is to put the .msi onto a usb stick, take it to the local library and install it back onto the usb stick. Then copy and paste the uncompressed files back over to your rig.

ne version on windows will have the installer not just ultimate

ur prob aswell 2 format and reinstall now then rea cuz even if u sort mir out and some point ull need to install stuff with lots of registry files, and that could be a real effort

Your much better off with a proper version of windows, because as all of us windows users know, windows goes wrong a lot. Getting it fixed when your using it illegally will be a real problem and even if you get around it (doing something illegal no doubt) then your more than likely to run straight into another problem.
Did your computer not come with an operating system? Most computers do, although saying that I've never bought one for $150 lol

If everyone in your town uses illegal versions of windows then ask them where you can get an illegal version of windows installer lol
