    all weights should be edited for their primary class, if some1 else wants 2 wear it then fine if they have the weight
    dslayer should be made so a level 40 war can use it

    the effort vs reward on this seems all wrong
    These arent really idea's, more of trying to correct the problems of the past.

    I dont want to close any thread until everyone has had a say. The server isn't going to be a dictatorship, i am trying to do wat is best for the server. I know its only a stupid thing like weather weight should be in game, but its still part of the game, and to some people this is a major part of the game, and to others it minor and they couldnt give a ****, either way it is part of the game and needs to be addressed, and its best to address these issues before server testing starts rather then addressing the issues at a later date when we could be working on something more important. Hope this clears up the reasons behind why they are so many random posts.

    tbh I think 99% of mir players just want to see all old problems fixed, if that can be done now the new files are in then great
    how its done I dont think anyone really cares, new stats i dont think anyone minds
    mir is a simple game
    all we want is a fair game thats set out from the start, no goal post changes, just new maps, mobs and items added

    Dont worry the game will be bug free.

    There were no real goal posts, apart from that football map which was added for the world cup lol.

    tbh making the server too complex for mir.. new stat??? ninja should use dc as its melee... chang weights?? y on earth would u do that? if i log time in and find out i cant walk properly cos my items to heavy ill be pissed lol and Time is constantly leveled by myself or Rich. ok up some weights but tbh i dont see the point in changing any of this.. lvl 70+ heaven items are class based or it caps at 70.. mir rev items lvl70-100 if u change it to class based via npc in bw u get better stats.. devil items are class based so doesnt make a difference as is god and lord.. if u are wanting to change/stop taos holding warr items maybe up the warr weight's but hardly see a tao holding a warr items as an exploit and at that lvl it wont make much difference as theres only 2 ppl ingame with 3 pretty much full on lord kits, 1 being allen the other being Time/Monkey and Wacey just blabbed on for to long now lol. but point of it is i think ur just making unneeded work, ill be happy how weight was and get ingame that 3 days earlier..

    double bag weight tho due to 2 bags.

    I have explained the new stats already, so i wont cover that again.

    The weight issues is more about ninja's not being able to use warrior weapons, rather then taos not being able to use warrior weapons.

    There are no plans to change the current item stats, but new items need to be added to account for the ninja class, but before i can add the new items i need to work out, with your help, what stats ninjas are going to be using.

    The changes on a whole will not make mir any more complex, if anything it will make things a bit easier, as you know that if ur fighting a tao then u need to have kit X and if ur fighting a wizard u need kit Y, where as with the old files, taos would walk over anyone due to the bugs in the files with the tao spell, and no real defence other then AMC, cus for as far as anyone knows, agil might not even of been working, as at the end of the day all attacks and defence are genrated based on your base and top end stat, and a random number between those to number being genarated. How many threads were there related to Luck and attack speed? the only person who really knew any of the details about the stats was the coder (the death) and he didn't release any details, other then PA and tao posion strengh and duration were on the same setting, which really isnt a lot of help.

    Like euro mir and i am guessing USA mir, there are a lot of myths about a lot of differance things, such as refining, what holy really did, did wedge moths really drop para rings, and many other unanswered questions.

    The question remained unanwsered due to the fact the the people ie the GM's did have access to the code to look up such things. I have full access to the new code but i couldn't tell you any of the above things mainly due to the fact that i wouldnt know where to look, but once questions like these start getting asked i will make sure that you all get the info, well apart from the drop files :P

    jamie, i know the server was started as a **** about for u and some mates and its grown alot.. ill go with the flow as i aint waited this long to qut cos ur changing summat. if u say thats ho it will work ill take ur word! but tbh maybe just make new weaps which uprobs are doing then make the weapons skin to be 2 weapons like a sin on other servers then set ninja class so they can only hold them and cant wear a single blade/staff. items are fine tho tbh as a lord brace for warrwould be great for ninja.

    The server isn't going to be changed in major ways, i am not going to remove BW or stop PK'ing, the way the server runs is down to the players, i have never tried to stop p'ing, no matter how unfair i think it might be for a level 100+ to rape a level 50 player, i did however give uses a choice of level based caves to help out player.

    The things that i am talking about just seem major due to the fact that there is a whole thread about the subject, and as there are no other threads being made due to the server not being up yet.

    I dont want mir revenge to be like all those other servers, just using the new class as its been coded in to the files. Other servers use the assassin class and spells as that how the coder who released the files wanted the class to be played. Here is your chance as a player to mode a new class and make it fair and make it more fun. If i wanted a normal run of the mill server like all the other 2.6 file servers out there i wouldnt of wasted the last 9 months of my life working on these files with many differant coders and other people. we are hopefully in the last few days of devlopment now and getting ready for testing, and these little things that seem so boring and stupid still need to be addressed.

    one MAJOR thing.. quite a few people couldnt get ingame icould and then when i went into a building my whole screen froze.. rich has sent me a cd with mr files how his was working fine but i havent been able to test it yet. but other 2.6 files then and since work fine even on my ****ty vista.. is this gonna work properly??

    That is my main and only worry..

    The whole login system has changed.

    You login from your desktop, where you can manage your account, change password, personal details etc. I have a few screen shots of the new process but i am not going to post them yet until the art work is done on them, well not unless someone twists my arm...

    Also we are using a new graphics engine which as stated before will sort out a whole array of issues incudling your problem and the problem with mass amounts of mobs on screen alone with spells.
