Unban my character?

its been like over a year now, was just wondering whether i could have my old accounts back, i know i was banned but i think every1 needs a fresh start with fresh files? hello to every1 else lol - p.s plz try to refrain from flaming.

Most perm banned character were deleted when the database was rebuilt. See the sticky for more details.
