banned ppl should stay banned, no probs with them making new characters though.

banned for cheating then they should be deleted tbh how are the cheats going to be rewound?

a lot of effort has gone into the characters still, the extent of the 'cheating' isn't that large
for me the levels should remain but some kit should be taken, as cash was made by exploiting and pkin while gaining an unfair advantage
