    Default The 4th class! AKA Assassin, now to be called ninja.

    The 4th class of mir called assassin on all other servers is going to be called ninja here on mir revenge.

    I have some ideas on what i would to do with this class such as...

    Spells:-
    Back flip, to get out of danger.
    Forward flip to get the attacking edge.
    Ninja stars (like soul fire ball) But you would need to craft them using ores in an effort to bring back mining.
    Camoflauge:- Amulet based spell, depending on the amulet you have depends on the camoflauge you use. There would be 1 for each major area. As long as u stand still you would be camflauged into the map. Players would just about be able to see you. Well camoflauged you would not be able to run, and moment would be at 3/4 of walk speed. You would turn the spell on and off, rather then casting it.
    Slide and or jump sort of spell, puts behind the mob/monster you are fighting.
    Fire cricle, using your weapon you create a ring of fire around ur self/group, proecting you from direct attacks.
    Climb, allow you to climb on to walls and do a jump/dive attack.
    Smoke teleport, u throw a smoke bomb which creates a cloud of smoke and moves you randomly on the map (within 12 squares of your last loction)
    Of course there will be sword attack like thrusting etc.
    A speed spell, use MP to run slighty faster.

    I would like ninja's to be like a fast moving warrior, without all the HP and AC protect, instead speed and quick movement around the map, advoiding attacks with a small amount of stelf.
    This class would be much faster play then the other classes.

    I have yet to hear anything good about the assassin class on other servers, so here is your chance to give your ideas on a new class.

Sdash is a warrior spell, this will be more of move 1 square and attack in the same move, then stay on the same area. Weather u would be able to go over monsters or players, well i am not sure tbh.

    Forward flip to get the attacking edge. over mobs and ppl or just like sdash? This would be more of like a step back without the need to move your mouse, and get a almost instant run at the same time.

Well in the circle, you and your group would only be able to do range attacks, you would not be able to walk or hit outside of the circle.

    Climb, allow you to climb on to walls and do a jump/dive attack. This is a 2d game?!? so people will be on top of store and stuff? lol climb on the side off walks like side of building to get ready for an attack, not on top off roofs. On a side note, we are sort of making the maps 3d, so u can walk under a bridge and over the same bridge, to make some very sexy maps.

    Smoke teleport, u throw a smoke bomb which creates a cloud of smoke and moves you randomly on the map (within 12 squares of your last loction) Could be useful if trapped in my mobs, like rt but staying in the same area well the smoke would confuse the mobs and as you apear within the same area you would have the advantage of a quick attack. This would be an amulet based spell with a time limit. Not sure how we would work it on PVP and PK'ing, i guess the other players screens would be blured for a few seconds so not to be able to see the ninja.

    what about instant run/immunity to poisons of different types, potentially added onto armours
    Giving these powers to ninjas would mean that we would have to give them to other classes to balance it out. Maybe adding items/stat which allow you to instant run (as long as u haven't been hit) and make u totally immune to some poisons, this would come down to a matter or in game balance, which we would not be addressing until we our out of beta testing.

    With all these dodging spells they should have low HP, I reckon between that of a wizard and taoist, maybe even lower than a wizards. They could make up for this by having a naturally higher agility and PR

    This is going to be down to how players handle the speed tbh. Mir is a pretty slow game, and by adding this almost speed demon character in to the game isn't going to be easy, so it will be a matter working out the best speed of the character before we can work out the rest of the base stats. All character will need a bacis stat overview once we get to that point in the setup.

    Dont complicate things, or your either going to make Sins pointless, make them OP or spend a **** load of time trying to balance them.

    Tbh have a look at how Sins work on FourHeroes because there pretty decent on there.

    you mention them being a stealthy class ect.. How are u gonna go about the mini maps and candles?

    As i dont know about everyone else.. But i look for dots on mini maps and candles.. As soon as i see a tourch/candle glow i attack...
