***ed up my PC then had a day off

I got the new program i was waiting on, but in turn i managed to detory my windows framwork and all my SQL database (sql 2000, 2005 and 2008) all within a few hours:P

As framework is now part of windows 7 u cant just uninstall it and reinstall it so spent most of monday trying to sort that out.

Yesterday (tuesday) i had to pop south south for a family thing, oh the joys :/

Any way i am back now and working again
