What level u need for Good n Evil pets?

Aint bought pets for awhile, cost me 4m for my pet rental teleport but seen you can get GOOD and EVIL pets but what level do you need to be? im 57 and when i click on it, it dont work.

Having 2 pets sucks really bad for warriors.
