You get a free storage account with ever paid account.

Ur user id from ur storage account must be in the following format

ST<ur user name>

so if your user name is bob

your storage account name will be

STbob

Make a second account like i have said above, and it be free to use as a storage account as long as u pay for ur main account.

IF you want better customer service I SUGGEST you keep the Account ID the same with the ST on it.

EG.
Main Account ID: 1234
Storage Account ID: ST1234

This way I can find your stuff for you - should anything go wrong.

when I sent the payment for 2 accounts I put the character names and not the user ID(this was before this thread was made I paid it on friday) so should I just talk to Fritz or jamie so the payment goes to the right accounts?

Ah thanks for that. From now I make sure I use my user ID rather than my ingame character names when paying for accounts

Don't think its p2p yet anyway.
