How donations will work

We want the first Mir items to be a major wow effect, we want it to require a decent group of players that're levelled and in damn good kit, so...

Devil, Mir, MirRev (and anything better that we come up with) will only enter the GG NPC when they have dropped. This means if you get a MirSword drop, one will go on the GG NPC (or we may choose to auction the very first ones off), when another drops, one more will go on the NPC.

Heaven/Hell items will go on the GG NPC early on, but not from the start, we want people to remember that this game isn't about throwing money at it.

There will also be Evo items, these will have stats between Heaven and Devil (we're changing the item list so it'll be Heaven/Hell > Evo > Devil > Mir > MirRev > ???), but here's the catch, you may only buy them for one day of the month, it'll be the 1st of every month, they'll go in with/after Heaven/Hell items.

i am very unsure as to how this will work tho, will there be an auction (a post on forums when the 1st drops then they can bid for like 1 day) or will it be 1st come 1st served? not sure an auction would work tbh only rich people would ge tthe item.

it is a great way of keeping the game playable tho.

what ren is saying is the top items ! XXXX will only be on the gg npc once a month so you have to wait 30daysish before you can get another XXXXX item

it means some one doesnt come to the server and buys all the best kit in one day

Server first items, as Ren touched on, might be auctioned off - I've played WoW so long that I've come across numerous bidding systems for items (generally a group of 40 people, 5+ of them wanting one item), I can knock something up in no time. Off the top of my head, you could pm your offer to the Admin (guessing Ren or I will handle it), they would then update the thread with the highest bid, when the winner is announced (same as eBay, closes at a certain time, highest bidder = winner), they then have the GG subtracted from their char (or send their donation to Evo's PayPal address) and are given the item.

That would be for server first/special occasions, and that's not confirmed, it's just one of a million different ideas that passed through our msn convo - Further items (say MirSword drops, one is then auctioned off/put on GG npc, then another drops, meaning another one is made and put on the GG npc) would go straight to the GG npc.

Let me just make it clear, if a MirSword was to drop for you, a second one then be CREATED and put on the GG npc/auctioned off.
