Neckie stats change

ive got to get the new neckies stated that are part of the newer sets that went in a little while back which are in the drop files and have started dropping so i need to get their stats on asap.
the reason why there weren't done previously was cos i knew that it wasnt a simple case of following the previous level neckie as the stats were not following through as id like them to.

atm ive not got as far as looking at the stats for the new neckies but hopefully have sorted to a degree the stats of other neckies ingame. ive put below a list of neckies one list of what they are atm in level order and a list below of what im looking to change the stats to. hopefully you can see what i mean about stats not following thru...

Just out of curiosity do the warriors devil neckys stil drop from other bosses aswell as GOR? due to being in game before tao and wizzy versions (and GOR itself)? was loads on TM at 1 point not sure about now, for like 5mill. Wereas tao n wizzys were goin at like 100mil+ minimum.

warriror devil neckies are defo in the other mob drop files i believe the others are aswell but cant be 100% sure without looking at the drop files (i cant connect to the server atm). they have better rates at dropping from GOR tho.

The proposed stats for warrior seem ok, but one thing is the heaven necklace for a warror. The stats of it at the moment at level 60 is not very good. Since warriors dont really need base DC that much, it seems that the top end of the heaven necklace wont be as good as purplefoxnightlight. Where as it should be better statted than the Destra Light in my opinion. Just taking that from the wizard heaven necklace compared to the Melted Light (which is supposed to be in the same league as destra light).

its the heaven neckie for warrs that im having trouble with, if you increase the dc then wiz and taos are going to have more advantage with the extra dc letting them smack things more. wizzies and taos benefit most from the heaven neck anyway as items that are souly wiz/tao items generally have lower dc anyway. i can keep the dc below the heaven neck but then tbh warrs lose out personally i wouldnt be impressed with neckie stats being below it.
the other servers have the generaly heaven (and hell?) items but then have the oppurunity to exchange them for class based heaven (/hell?) items which is something that i can do (means more work) or break the heaven items down into (S)/(M) etc like the mir items meaning that they could still go up by level and be split into classes (again means more work!).
but i feel like im rambling as im not 100% sure on the warrior necks atm, the warriors stats listed are sitting ok when comparing the devil items which are broken into different class items.......

Ok from that point of view it would be daft increasing the DC on the heaven necklace due to it being much better for the likes of taos and will be a very good item, which isn't that hard to get a hold of. Being able to change the class of the heaven necklace is a good idea and I seen that on the High Rate server, but then again it is a lot of work for a few items. Not really worth it since getting hold of devinecklace or a devilspendulum isn't that hard to come by.

Was just my point of view, seeing as when I got the heavennecklace was excited that I finally found something half decent from a boss, but then was shortly disappointed as I found the stats pretty poor. So now my lvl 45 wizard has it. See as Destra Light is increasing in DC, will the Devils Pendulum also get a couple of DC boost?

Seen a few on TM, but no idea where they drop. Not seen one on TM lately though. Get a DevilNecklace and Orb it up, your a orb whore anyways lol.

I've got afew devil neckys I just don't like them, having to dura orb them all the time is a bit annoying

That is true, very annoying to dura orb them all the time. Looks like you will have to find a destra light then or a devilspendulum.
