You'll need one of these glock17.jpg. Apply it directly to whoever installed the software.

mir.exe to norton is a virus, my advice is to get rid of it and install Avasti. Couple yrs ago mir.exe was a pain to a number of anti virus programs, but then im not a believer in Norton always found it useless.
Like i said google Avasti download the free edition and register.

make an Exception for mir.......poke around in nortons settings am sure you will figure it out..

Right click on the mir file an change from read only unclick it.

Norton remove it. Get Microsoft. Free and by far one of the best out there.
