cant log on

i am running Vista and have installed it on my D: dir as i have been told never put games on C:

but it keeps coming up with windows is configuring Mir. Then it asks for some file place and the .MSI file location?????

wtf???????

any help out there as i have never had this problem.

oh i cannot right click on the Mir.exe file and run as admin although the update one does...

how weird is that?

oh i think i may have found the problem....

the shortcut doesnt go any were the mir folder contains no mir.exe file i have the mir.ini file how mad is that can any one send me the file?????
