computer might be dying: video/sound problems

well it started a week ago orso (tried rewind but was nothing to rewind it said)
when i want to watch a movie, life stream or straight from the computer it often stops and continues after a while
first is was just when playing vids, now my music starts shocking, and even when i type this my whole screen freezes though i can move my cursor and when i keep typing after a while the letters will come up and sometimes the screen only freezes but the music keeps playing, sometimes just only the sound sometimes only the video, the cursos usually not
tho yday my computer crashed twice when i switched from boxes to headphones i did msconfig and put some programs back on and the jack thing got fixed

but still having problems with my computer functioning as it should

any help is useful, i hope my computer isn't smoking up

cleaned to whole computer etc no problems have occured so far now

any one know how to stop dust from entering? some sorta tissue to hang over the ventilation gap that doesn't block the ventilation?
napkins? anyone using something?

Get better fans :P Mine have a filter on em that stops 95% of the dust from even getting inside. Just every month or so I need to wipe the filter. Takes about 2 seconds.
